We’re glad to hear that Jim Hjelm designer Francesca Pitera is keeping this great look going forward into next season’s phenomenal gowns. Inspired to bring out the beautiful form of the female figure, Pitera will be using soft layers, ruffles, and flowers to accent her new gowns. Pictured above is a sneak peek of the newest collection by Pitera. With a dramatic pleated halter neckline, natural waist details and side pockets, we can’t wait to get this collection into our studio!

We kicked off our trunk show season this past weekend with Jim Hjelm's best selling bridal gowns and what a turnout we had! We were double and triple booked all the way through January 18th. Though our feet were oh so tired by the end of the holiday weekend, we are so pleased with the turnout. A big thank you to all of the brides who visited us - you are the reason our first trunk show of the season was such a resounding success!

This show runs from Thursday, January 14th through Saturday, January 16th. If you are unfamiliar with what a trunk show actually is, here’s the scoop. Because we are unable to carry the entire collection from a season, we choose our favorite pieces for our studio’s stock inventory. These are the sample dresses you see on a daily basis in the studio. A trunk show is an event where the vendor ships the entire collection to our store (in trunks, of course) and provides our brides the opportunity to access all the dresses we know they will love.
